Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and organizational objectives.
• Two years of experience in accounting or clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain insurance claims and employee expenses; handle general administrative functions.
• Open and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.
• Prepare daily bank deposits for trade and retail invoices.
• Data entry for cash receipts and deposits into the system.
• Process, print, and release checks including advances, loans, invoices, and expense checks.
• Assist with vendor setup and related forms; submit W-9 and master data documents.
• Maintain and file reports of insurance accidents and liability certificates.
• Maintain vendor and employee expense records and related mailing labels.
• Prepare and mail bill-back invoices and manage wine lists for quarterly bill backs.
• Maintain and replenish accounting department supplies.

Education
