Job description

At JC Consulting, we excel at connecting talented professionals like you with top-tier organizations. Our client is is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Bellevue.

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the accounting operations and ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.

• Oversee and manage the company’s internal controls.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Coordinate and assist with external CPA firm and Tax advisory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in bookkeeping.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and its operational processes.

• CPA certification is a plus.
