Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, analysis) and familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily transactions and participates in audits.
• Prepares and distributes periodic financial reports.
• Performs month-end close, journal entries, variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Enforces accounting policies and internal controls; collaborates with other departments.
