Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

• Experience as an accountant in a managed care organization or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing theory and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Review variance analysis and prepare internal/external financial reports.
• Assist in audits and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and controls.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
• Support payroll, capitation, and membership accounting as needed.
