Bio-Nuclear of Puerto Rico is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in San Juan to lead the Finance/Accounting unit, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the CFO in safeguarding the company's financial health.

The role oversees payroll, accounts payable, tax filings, month-end closings, and audits, with emphasis on data integrity, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in similar functions.
• Proficient in Windows applications and Dynamics GP; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Supervise accounting unit operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze general and subsidiary ledgers to prepare monthly statements.
• Coordinate monthly closings and audits; ensure filings are on time.
• Prepare tax returns and reports and file by required dates.
• Oversee payroll and accounts payable as back-up; support CFO.
