Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience supervising accounting operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of the full accounting cycle and cost accounting for manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain accounting unit operations in line with efficiency and quality expectations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and oversee closings.
• Coordinate audit processes and tax filings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and internal controls; back up for key staff.
• Protect data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and laws.
