Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, tax returns, and supporting audits. Strong English/Spanish communication and integrity are essential for timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and Puerto Rico tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements accurately and timely.
• Maintain ledgers and fixed assets, including depreciation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
• Prepare and file tax returns and assist with audits.
• Support the Controller and finance team in policy development and controls.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial data.
