Latitude Subrogation Services is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, and financial recordkeeping. You will supervise a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain strong client reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, reconciliations and controls.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce and MS Office/Excel.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.
• Supervise accounting assistants; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Prepare monthly client reports and reconciliations; assist with SOC audits.
• Manage budgeting processes and financial reporting improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and internal controls.
