Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead a small accounting team while performing hands-on close, budgeting, and financial analysis in a stable, growth‑oriented organization. You will partner with senior leadership to improve reporting accuracy and drive efficiencies.

You will mentor staff, review journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close, support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor accounting team members.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational data, including cost and trend analysis.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and supporting documentation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and accuracy.
