Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Admin or related field with 4 years accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for growth.
• Review and approve financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide insights.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with state, federal, and departmental policies.
• Coordinate preparation for internal and external audits with required documentation.
