This full-time role oversees daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and general ledger activities, and supports the Accounting Director with financial records and internal controls. You will supervise staff, manage month-end close, reconcile accounts, monitor AP aging, and prepare monthly financial reports with variance explanations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable and general ledger activities.
• Oversee timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
• Assist with month-end close tasks including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Monitor AP aging and vendor relationships; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance explanations for review.
• Train and mentor accounting staff and support audit preparation.
