Job summary

Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee AP, AR, Payroll and revenue recognition, plus balance sheet reconciliations.

You will manage the accounting staff, evaluate performance, and enforce People Operations policies to support the department charter. You’ll supervise 2-5 Accounting Specialists, ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and act as SME for ERP and access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Five years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Proven ability to lead a small accounting team and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and revenue recognition.
• Oversee monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and staff performance.
• Provide accounting leadership, training, and risk control guidance.
• Interface with internal clients and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Manage Tax responsibilities and timely financial reporting.
