Qualifications

• CPA in active status or working towards certification, with a four-year accounting degree and 4 years of related accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with management levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compiling divisional financial statements and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Supervision of payroll, benefits and employee onboarding processes.
• Review and reconcile payroll to the general ledger.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and audit finished goods, WIP, and scrap inventories during production.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; develop/enhance accounting policies.
• Drive continuous improvements to close processes and day-to-day operations.
