Job summary

Outlook Enrichment in Omaha, NE seeks a Accounting Facilitator/Supervisor to lead the accounting team and oversee AR/AP operations across Outlook entities. You will mentor staff, drive performance goals, and ensure accurate close processes while supporting continual development of the department.

The role reports to the Controller and is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Leadership responsibilities and people management experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge with close processes.
• Ability to supervise AP/AR activities and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounts Payable Specialist daily activities.
• Mentor and develop the AP Specialist with yearly goals.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for the AP Specialist.
• Oversee day-to-day AR/AP activities across Outlook entities.
• Manage month-end close for Outlook Properties and related entities.
• Prepare and review daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Coordinate special projects and process improvements as needed.
