Job summary

Outlook Collaborative is seeking an Accounting Facilitator/Supervisor in Omaha, NE. The role leads AR/AP activities, oversees the month-end close for Outlook Properties, and supervises the Accounts Payable Specialist with a focus on development and performance evaluation.

The Supervisor collaborates with the Controller, ensures accurate financial reporting, and drives continuous improvement across accounting functions within Outlook family entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four years accounting experience.
• Experience supervising Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Cost Accounting preferred.
• Experience in Property Management preferred.
• Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, functions).
• Working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily AP Specialist activities.
• Establish annual development goals and implementation strategies.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for AP Specialist.
• Process customer credit memos, monitor past-due accounts, and reconcile variances.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting for Outlook Properties.
• Manage month-end close and analyze revenue/expense trends.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly financial reports, and communicate with management.
