Job summary

ECCO Safety Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our AP and AR teams. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, proven leadership, and a track record of managing high-volume AP/AR operations in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role in Boise requires guiding month-end closings, vendor management, process improvements, and collaboration with procurement and finance to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years AP/AR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP and AR teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day AP/AR operations for ECCO and Code 3 with timely processing.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
• Lead month-end closings, accruals, and reconciliations; ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance to streamline workflows and approvals.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and manage Concur expense reporting system.
