Job summary

Springfield Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to supervise the general accounting area and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.

You will ensure accurate analyses and GAAP-compliant reporting while mentoring staff under the CFO. Required are a Bachelor's in accounting or related field with 5 years' experience; supervisory background; advanced Excel; proficiency with MS Office; and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years related experience in accounting or finance.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of accounting software and systems.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
