Printec Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for its Greece operations. The role focuses on accurate posting, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting entries, ensuring compliance with Greek GAAP, IFRS, and tax legislation.

You will coordinate month-end closings, intercompany transactions, and external audits within a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, a Class A' Accountant license, 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Class A' Accountant License (Άδεια Λογιστή Α' Τάξης).
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) and IFRS.
• Working knowledge of the myDATA platform and Greek tax legislation.
• Excellent Excel skills and English proficiency.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Class A' Accountant License

5+ years of proven experience

Good command of English

About the role

Location: Kifissia, Attica Greece

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate posting, reconciliation, and analysis of all accounting entries.
• Ensure the company's compliance with Greek legislation, tax requirements, and accounting standards (Greek GAAP and IFRS).
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of balance sheet positions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and the Group finance team at head office.
• Ensure the proper operation of the ERP system and internal controls.
• Coordinate the accounting team for the timely and accurate filing of tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes).
• Prepare financial reports and support the Finance Department in budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Class A' Accountant License (Άδεια Λογιστή Α' Τάξης).
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a well-organized corporate environment.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role is considered a plus
• Working knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) and IFRS.
• Working knowledge of Greek tax legislation and the myDATA platform.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
