Job summary

Printec Group's Cashflex unit in Kifissia, Attica seeks an Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS.

You will process documents in the system, handle myDATA submissions, reconcile suppliers and customers, prepare payments, manage bank accounts, and assist month-end and year-end closings with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a well-organized environment.
• Very good knowledge of myDATA.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, Greek GAAP (ΕΛΠ) and IFRS and tax legislation will be considered as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounting documents in the system and reconcile with myDATA.
• Issue tax documents (invoices) in accordance with current myDATA provisions.
• Reconcile supplier and customer balances.
• Prepare payment files.
• Maintain and monitor bank accounts, including balance reconciliations.
• Maintain the contracts archive and keep it continuously updated.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
