Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service or accounts receivable experience.
• Must be able to travel between downtown Milwaukee locations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and document all communications.
• Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time.
• Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed.
• Provide support for accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas.
• Assist with auditing income for assigned areas.

What will you be doing?
