We're a dynamic and fast-growing CPA firm committed to delivering personalized, high-quality accounting services. As we welcome new clients, we're searching for a proactive, client-focused Accounting Supervisor to help us maintain excellence in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and journal entries.

What You'll Do

• Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger, and journal entry processes for a variety of small businesses/clients
• Work directly with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth accounting operations
• Collaborate closely with our tax and audit teams during busy seasons to collect and organize necessary client documents
• Maintain clear, professional communication to support client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting supervision (with CPA Firm highly desired)
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries
• Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
• Must live in Wisconsin (required)
