Qualifications

Experience with general ledger and month-end close processes is preferred.
Ability to perform account reconciliations and journal entries accurately.
Strong analytical skills for monthly financial analyses and variance explanations.
Attention to detail and ability to document processes.
Experience supporting audits or internal controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

General ledger reviews for accounts (depreciation, salaries, utilities).
Assist and maintain monthly financial analysis including actuals vs budgets.
Perform reconciliations (prepaids, inventory, unearned revenue) and assist journal entry initiation.
Validate monthly financial statements and progress reports.
Conduct and document cash/audit-related verifications as assigned.
