Qualifications

• Must have proficient, effective and clear writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General ledger reviews for various general ledger accounts, including depreciation expense, salaries/fringe benefit expense, FMD charges including Utilities and other Direct Charges.
• Assistance and maintenance of monthly financial analysis review that includes fluctuations (actuals vs. budgets and current year actuals vs. prior year actuals).
• Understanding and ability to perform reconciliations for various accounts (Prepaids, Inventory, Unearned revenue) and assistance of journal entry initiation, as assigned for monthly and fiscal year end. Including adjusting, correcting, reclassifications, etc.
• Validation & verification of monthly financial statement (progress reports) and other financial reports, as assigned.
• Conduct and document camera/cash audits, as assigned.
