Accounting Specialist – Treasury Operations

Morrisville, North Carolina (hybrid/remote)

Investors Title is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Finance Team! The Accounting Specialist for Treasury Operations will manage banking account management and administration, maintaining controls and compliance with company guidelines. This individual will handle daily cash management of all managed bank accounts and process banking and treasury transactions within the constraints of defined controls, policies, and procedures.

Position Highlights:

• Banking account management and administration
• First level treasury management and cash reporting and analysis
• Accounting and administrative functions for bank account management and bank account administration such as opening and closing bank accounts, and managing and updating access to accounts
• Establish and maintain document filing systems for accounting and administrative records
• Provide exceptional, prompt, courteous, professional service to customers and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and cost savings for the financial and banking operations teams

Position Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience reconciling bank accounts or general ledger accounts; experience with escrow accounts a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and task management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within required deadlines
• Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe.
