As a Treasury Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting banking operations across our nationwide dealership network. You'll manage payment processing, conduct merchant research, perform reconciliations, and contribute to critical treasury functions. We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.
Location: Medford, OR (on-site)
Compensation: $20.00-23.00hr
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and organize various types of payments across the Lithia & Driveway footprint
Support transactional tasks using treasury and financial accounting principles
Manage electronic funds transfers and ensure accurate documentation
Investigate and resolve banking and corporate financial concerns
Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions
Reconcile dealership bank statements and process accurate adjustments
Review and resolve fee/analysis statement errors
Actively communicate solutions and suggest process improvements
Partner with dealerships on Treasury and banking-related matters
Research banking inquiries, including reconciliations, chargebacks, and transaction support
Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
1+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or a related financial operations role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
General knowledge of Treasury and Financial Accounting principles
Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency, critical thinking, and time management
Proactive mindset with active listening and curiosity
Experience with Kyriba is a plus
Operates with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
