Role Overview

We're seeking a treasury analyst to help our financial operations team support the organization's success. The treasury analyst will monitor cash positions, maintain compliance, reconcile, process payments, and assist with special projects. The position requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with treasury management system implementation and administration.

A successful treasury analyst will focus on strategically improving outcomes, building relationships, and consistently delivering on objectives. Top candidates will be approachable by internal team members, collaborative across multiple departments, and communicate business needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of new treasury systems
  • Develop cash management and risk mitigation strategies
  • Educate key stakeholders and ensure compliance
  • Ensure bank transactions are properly recorded
  • Facilitate template creation and/or upkeep within banking platform(s)
  • Implement or streamline operational processes
  • Initiate ACH payments
  • Maintain cash reports and cash forecasts
  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities
  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing
  • Prepare and present cash analysis reports to management
  • Provide requirements to developers focused on enhancing the ICHRA platform
  • Reconcile daily bank reporting to financial platform data
  • Stay abreast of NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines
  • Support and/or advise FinTech and Partner Success teams
  • Support departmental and/or organization-wide projects
  • Troubleshoot banking services and issues with banking partner(s)
  • Support other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation preferred.
  • Three to six years of treasury management experience. Knowledge of treasury, cash management, and payment processing.
  • Proficiency in cash or treasury management systems (GTreasury, FIS, Bottomline, etc).
  • Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, etc.) Power Query is a plus.
