Требуется опыт в дебиторской сводке, знание QuickBooks и MS Office. Рабочий график с понедельника по пятницу, удалённо, с оборудованием домашнего офиса и приоритетом на точность и ответственность.

Formación

• Минимум 1 год опыта в Accounts Receivable или смежной финансовой должности.
• Опыт в транспортной и логистической индустрии приветствуется.
• Умение выставлять счета и вести сверку.
• Сильная внимательность к деталям и организованность.
• Опыт работы с QuickBooks приветствуется.

Responsabilidades

• Вводить, проверять и обрабатывать счета вовремя.
• Управлять дебиторской задолженностью: отслеживание счетов, взыскание, последующие платежи и сверка.
• Проверять точность выставления счетов и быстро устранять расхождения.
• Подготавливать финансовые документы для аудита CPA.
• Сопровождать операции в бухгалтерии и логистике, сотрудничать с командами.
• Работать с QuickBooks для учёта финансовой информации.
• Обновлять статусы отгрузок в системе TMS.
• Контролировать жизненный цикл заказа от начала до завершения.
• Помогать в выставлении счетов, верификации платежей и финансовой отчетности.
• Расследовать жалобы клиентов, споры по платежам и несоответствия.
• Анализировать финансовые и операционные данные для улучшения процессов.
• Соблюдать корпоративные политики, учетные стандарты и регуляции.
• Сотрудничать с финансами, операциями и логистикой для эффективного документооборота.
• Оказывать общие административные и бухгалтерские поддержки.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist / Accounting Specialist with logistics industry experience to join our growing team.

Задачи:

• Accurately log, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice tracking, collections, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
• Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records for CPA review.
• Match transactions, reconcile accounts, and support ongoing bookkeeping activities.
• Work with QuickBooks to record and maintain financial information.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer and vendor inquiries professionally.
• Update and maintain shipment statuses within the TMS system.
• Oversee and facilitate the order lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Assist in billing, payment verification, and financial reporting processes.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, payment disputes, and account discrepancies.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow and accurate recordkeeping.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.

Требования:

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related finance role.
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
• Dedicated work-from-home setup.
• Two monitors (MacBook-only setup is not allowed).
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.
• Quiet workspace with no background noise.
• Reliable headset and camera.
• Будет плюсом: Experience working with North American logistics operations (US & Canada) is a plus; QuickBooks experience is highly preferred; TMS experience is a plus; Fluent in Russian Language is desirable
