Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience including AP/AR or GL support.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software with good attention to detail.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and maintain financial records.
• Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
• Support financial reporting and accounting analysis as needed.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support ongoing accounting initiatives.
