• Reconciles investment, bank, and other asset and liability accounts, resolving discrepancies with documentation.
• Maintains fixed asset records including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.
• Prepares and reviews journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries per GAAP.
• Supports monthly, year-end, and annual closing processes with reconciliations and schedules.
• Prepares cash-flow statements and forecasts to support cash management.
• Records and reconciles income/expenses for rental properties and related reporting.
• Prepares audit schedules and coordinates with external auditors during audits.
• Analyzes financial information and resolves complex accounting issues.
• Maintains accurate records and internal controls; ensures confidentiality.
• Supports special projects and system implementations as assigned by Controller.
