Job summary

Manus is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Accountant to join our Augusta team during this exciting growth phase. You will manage financial data, CIP/Fixed Asset tracking, and ASC 842 lease accounting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills, with experience in SAP Business byDesign. On-site work in Augusta, GA, with opportunities for professional growth. CPA preferred for advanced eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of U.S. GAAP accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting including CIP/AUC.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Business byDesign and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and monitor financial data, prepare internal statements, and assist with forecasting cash, costs, and revenues.
• Optimize CIP and fixed asset tracking; manage leases and related liabilities.
• Analyze financial trends and draft annual financial statements and notes.
• Process intercompany eliminations and support month-end close.
• Manage ASC 842 lease accounting compliance.
• Monitor annual tax, filings, fees, and dues; support audits.
• Propose improvements to accounting practices and internal controls.
