Precision Service & Installation, LLC is seeking an Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, reconcile accounts, and support accounting operations. The role requires 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage or NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports and documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures.
• Review invoices for accuracy and obtain approvals.
• Prepare and file state use tax.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain vendor and customer account information.
• Prepare journal entries and support reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
