LS Tractor in Battleboro, NC is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the Finance Management team. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking data entry, with emphasis on accurate data processing in Excel and related Office tools.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance preferred.
• Proficient data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process information to pay invoices received and enter this information into the Accounts Payable system.
• Receive, process, and enter data on payments received.
• Maintain banking information including encashments, reconciliation, and entry of bank statements.
• Assist with entry of payroll information.
