LS Tractor USA LLC is seeking an Accounting Specialist for our Battleboro, NC location. This role supports Finance leadership with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

The ideal candidate has a two-year accounting/finance degree and 2 years of related experience. Strong data entry skills and SAP experience are a plus. Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, on-site in Battleboro, NC.

Qualificações

• Two-year degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or banking.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process information to pay invoices and enter into AP system.
• Enter data on payments received and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain banking information, encashments, reconciliation and statement entry.
• Assist with payroll data entry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8- Hour Shift, Monday – Friday

Position Summary

This position will provide support and assistance to the Finance Manager, Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager. Areas of responsibility will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements and data entry. This person will need strong computer and data entry skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products such as Excel.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Process information to pay invoices received and enter this information into the Accounts Payable system
• Receive, process, and enter data on payments received
• Maintained banking information including encashments, reconciliation, and entry of bank statements
• Assist with entry of payroll information
• Two-year degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance preferred
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivables, or banking
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• SAP experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
