DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist at our office in Olathe, Kansas. Ideal candidates have strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a high-urgency environment.

Responsibilities include posting payments, AR reconciliation with Collections, and processing approvals with multiple payment methods. We offer solid benefits and room to grow within a family-owned, $1B+ company with 60+ offices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proficient 10-key skills.
• High sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic.
• Strong mathematical ability; must verify invoices for accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Posting received cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Accounts Receivable reconciliation in collaboration with the Collections team.
• Process outgoing payments to vendors, customers and business partners via multiple methods and multiple systems.
• Other general accounting duties as determined, light account reconciliation and other office type duties.
