Job summary

Qualifications

Previous office experience or completed accounting coursework.
Ability to process transactions and support accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including emails.
Validate accounting and non-accounting transactions according to team responsibilities and post timely postings.
Support accounts receivable activities including billing, tracking and posting payments, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with collections.
File electronically documents needed for each team's responsibilities.
Post banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and related postings.
Compile documents and reconciliations as required.
Promote a positive working environment and provide backup coverage to similar or other functions.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
