Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous office experience or completed accounting coursework

Responsibilities

• Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including incoming communications such as email.
• Validate accounting and non-accounting postings according to team responsibilities and ensure timely posting.
• Support accounts receivable activities: billing, tracking payments, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with collections.
• File electronically all documents needed for scanning per team responsibilities.
• Post all transactions including banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and related postings.
• Compile documents and reconciliations for team requirements; provide backup coverage as needed.
