The Sebastian Vail is seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist to support billing, collections, and cash flow in our hospitality environment. You will process invoices, monitor aging, and reconcile customer accounts while coordinating with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and a friendly team.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or property management software is preferred.
