Undisclosed is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. This role ensures internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage/Acumatica/NetSuite/SAP).
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and COGS.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal/external collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, incl. high-volume invoices and customer payments.
• Match purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate inventory costing.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing and payments.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
