Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP, an established AV-rated civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Professional to join our team in our San Francisco office. The job includes both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable work, with specialization possible depending on experience, aptitude and interest.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and demonstrates strong accuracy in financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Accounts Payable, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. The candidate should be an energetic team player who works well under pressure and has a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and hard-working. Law Firm experience is a strong plus.
This position is Monday-Friday. This candidate must be willing to commit to at least five days per week in the San Francisco office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the initial training period and then at least three days per week after the training period.
