Job summary

The Keller Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a growing, multi-site organization. This role focuses on accuracy and service-minded collaboration across a busy accounting team.

You will process invoices, manage expense reports and corporate card reconciliations, handle reimbursements, and support month-end tasks in a hybrid environment. You’ll work with internal staff and leverage NetSuite experience when available, with a direct line to an approachable accounting manager and real

• Supporting the accounting manager with month-end tasks and operational reporting

• Comfort learning new systems; prior NetSuite experience is a plus but not expected
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is helpful
