Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a driven accounting assistant in Napa, California. The role reports to the Controller and offers either temp-to-hire or full-time direct-hire options, with a salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 per year.

You should have 1+ year of experience and familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable, month-end close, reconciliations, and intermediate Excel. Bachelor's degree and exposure to accounting software are expected.

• Knowledge of AP and AR.
• Assist with account reconciliations.
• Assist Month End Close.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Proficient in intermediate Excel and accounting software.

Job description

Great opportinity to work alongside the Controller and grow in your accounting career! The position will either be temp to hire or full time direct hire in the 68k-75k range. This position will be 100% onsite.

Candidate should have following:

• 1+ years of experience


• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
