Qualifications

• Associate in Accounting or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with AP, lien waivers, or G702/G703 forms.
• ERP software experience and/or implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing project billing for various projects.
• Expense coding - working with Project Managers.
• Weekly check runs.
• Vendor maintenance.
• Back-up for AR - invoicing and collections.
