CFS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist to join a stable, expanding organization.

You will own full-cycle AP, support AR, prepare reconciliations, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting. Strong Excel and ERP systems skills required.

This on-site role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 plus benefits and room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Prior accounting experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing and vendor transactions
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and collections
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions
