Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a family-owned Indianapolis construction company to fill an Accounting Manager / Controller role. This position owns the accounting operations and has a voice in process improvements within a small business.

Based in Indianapolis, IN, the role is fully in-office with a salary range of $90,000–$115,000 per year. You will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close and financial reporting, plus WIP and AIA billing, driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience preferred with solid fundamentals.
• Construction accounting experience required.
• Experience with WIP reporting and AIA billing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Adaptable and hands-on, with initiative.
• Small-company experience is a plus.
