Job summary

Strive Solutions in Houston is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to lead Accounts Receivable and support Accounts Payable and core financial operations. You will manage invoicing, customer collections, and review vendor invoices for accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, reconciliations, and strengthening reporting controls within Traverse ERP to ensure month-end closings are smooth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Traverse ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Understanding of invoicing, AP/AR workflows, and internal controls.
