Qualifications

• Experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for production
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills
• Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls

Responsibilities

In this role, you will process AP/AR, reconcile accounts, assist with month-end close, and prepare reports that support production, grower payments, and inventory costs. You'll work closely with operations and grower relations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate, timely records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with accounting software and Excel, and committed to integrity, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entry of invoices, payments, and credits
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and inventory-related transactions for turkey production operations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting schedules for management review
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and cost tracking for farming, processing, and production activities
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
