Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an Accounting Specialist in the Broomfield area to support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, perform reconciliations, and participate in month-end close activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with AP, AR, and month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and GL balances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Maintain fixed asset records.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with property and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy.
