Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative/Accounting Specialist to join our small team. In this role, you will support the overall administrative and accounting duties by analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, credit card charges, insurance, and various other essential administrative & accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills and previous experience in latest bookkeeping and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management and keep atap on all aspect fop office administration tasks
• Observe and interact with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Enter financial data and transactions
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
• Develop Standard Operating procedure for pimples' practices on spending and payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong Administrative skills to run daily financial tasks of the business
• Previous experience in finance/accounting departments, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
