Job summary

Bucci Industries USA Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an Accounting Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. You will work closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S.

and Italy. Responsibilities include accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, and reporting. The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The Accounting Specialist will support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the U.S. organization, working closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Italian is a plus.
