Rillet is seeking an Accounting Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and drive fast, accurate implementations for finance teams. The role emphasizes a strong accounting foundation, customer-facing collaboration, and the ability to translate client needs into concrete requirements.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, guide customers through training and adoption, and ensure data migration and system setup go smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation, close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate into requirements.
• Guide onboarding, training, change management, adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, and systems setup.
• Track milestones and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and keep launches on track.
• Build trust with customers through responsiveness and solutions-mindedness.
• Maintain documentation and provide status updates.
